- Products must be in original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
- Claims for lost or damaged items must be made within 7 days of delivery.
2. Lost or Damaged Items
If your product is lost or damaged during shipping, we will provide a full refund or replacement. You must report the issue by contacting us within 7 days of delivery.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Domestic refunds are generally completed within 5-7 business days.
- For cash on delivery orders, refunds will be arranged via bank transfer or store credit.
4. Non-Refundable Items
